Description
The ACT Site Consolidation Project is a seven year consolidation of ACT sites as well as the rejuvenation of the Black Mountain Science and Innovation Park.
As part of this approach to market, the CSIRO is intending to demolish B401A and remediate the façade, including upgrade to entry points of the occupied B401C adjacent structure.
A works approval from the National Capital Authority for Block 3 Section 2 ACTON – CSIRO Black Mountain Facility: demolition of an existing building (401A) and site remediation was approved in September 2018.
