Description
The Project is in two parts. Firstly, it is the construction of a fitout for Family and Youth Services at 60 Poynton Street Ceduna (500m2) consisting of demolition, new partitions, workstations, joinery, ceilings, painting, glass block walling, upgrade of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services. Secondly, it is the staged upgrading of the Ceduna Community Health Service (350m2), consisting of minor demolition, new partitions, painting, carpet and upgrading of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
