Office Accommodation Management Information System

Proposals are invited from organisations capable of delivering a management information system which will support the commercial office accommodation activities of the Real Estate Management Division. An explanation of each of these files follows: The document which invites suppliers to make a submission and outlines the conditions for submitting a proposal is found in ##OAMIS RFP.doc##. The required format for a response is found in ##OAMIS RFP Part B Appendix.doc## The Statement of Requirements for the system Real Estate Management is seeking is found in ##OAMIS RFP Part C.doc##. The Statement of Requirements has two appendices which provide important information. The first outlines the input file specification for payables transactions from feeder systems for subsequent processing by Masterpiece Accounts Payable. This is found in ##OAMIS RFP Part C Appendix A.doc##. A second appendix outlines the input file specification for journals generated from feeder systems for subsequent processing by Masterpiece General Ledger. This is found in ##OAMIS RFP Part C Appendix B.doc## The draft contract with the supplier is ##OAMIS RFP Part D.doc##.
