The works consists of earthquake stengthening of walls, floor and roof and associated building work as well as new air conditioning to the Hall building. Also included is the reconstruction of the entrance roadway and carpark. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close.
