The project consists of the construction of a multi-purpose hall metal clad and internally lined with associated storeroom, porch and kitchen of approximately 1,134sqm total. The hall is proposed to be evaporative cooled and have a climbing wall included. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close.
