Description
The work consists of the construction of a new outdoor 25m x 12.5m swimming pool and surrounds, including the construction of new plant building incorporating accessible toilet, plus boundary enclosure and pergola as noted. The work includes all associated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
