Provision of a fixed price for 250, 300 and 350 hours of support per month to provide fixes and minor enhancements for software development and modification services, software support services, provision of system documentation and consultancy and analysis services. Provision of a fault tracking system and helpdesk support. Provision of additional Motor Registry System development services.
