Description
The purpose of the Strategic Master Plan and its associated ancillary plans is to identify long-term strategic objectives and provide a (20 year) management and budget-planning framework, especially in relation to any new physical developments and collections management issues associated with the Gardens. It is a requirement of the Act and has been identified as a major task in the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens Strategic Plan 2003-2007.
