Wapping 4 is the last remaining undeveloped site in the historic Wapping Precinct and has the potential for significant archaeological value. As such a preliminary archaeological assessment of the study area is required.This preliminary assessment is to determine the presence of any matters or material of archaeological significance and to assess the archaeological sensitivity of the study area and to outline any further archaeological investigations that may complement site remediation or redevelopment.
