Internal refurbishment works of the an existing Service Tasmania Shop at Burnie.
As detailed, the work involves:
. the demolition of existing non-load bearing partitions, raised floor, counters and existing fitout;
. the construction of new stud framed walls and glazing, a new raised platform floor with ramp, fabrication and installation of a new joinery - service counter, new cupboards, shelving, and benches;
. installation of floor coverings; and
. the relocation of existing workstations, joinery items and hardware .
The works also comprises minor builder’s works, painting, steelwork, metalwork, plasterboard works, electrical services.
Data/voice/security and CCTV services will be undertaken by nominated subcontractors.
