SUPPLY OF TRIM ENTERPRISE LICENCES

Tasmania Police has utilised several processes to track, supervise and manage court files from initial submission through to disposition in courts or otherwise. As the volume of prosecutions has grown, and a number of the processes changed, concerns exist as to the efficiency and effectiveness of the current processes to assist in the achievement of successful prosecutions. An opportunity exists for more efficient business processes to be developed, to enable police officers to spend less time completing paperwork and associated administrative duties and more time on their operational role. Recent issues involving unsuccessful prosecutions due to management and supervision failures highlight the need for more effective prosecution files, supervision and management processes. The Contractor is to supply; • TRIM Context Enterprise Licences – Limited functionality for up to 1,400 Seats; • Provide associated maintenance options for up to 1,400 Seats TRIM Enterprises Licences; and • Specify pricing to upgrade to full TRIM EDM functionality.
