Construction of a new facility in St Helens to provide training in the automotive, electro-technology, metals and engineering, construction, plumbing, boat-building, aquaculture and hospitality trades. The development incorporates 3 workshop training areas, 2 covered outdoor work areas, 2 general learning areas, a training kitchen, aquaculture facilities, student amenities and staff accommodation including an office, interview room, resource and storage spaces, together with associated site works. The St Marys agriculture trade training centre incorporates a propagation shed with general learning area, a shadehouse, a fenced planting area and toilet facilities.
