Description

Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is seeking Expressions of Interest from service providers to work with AWH Mental Health Services in the provision of services to the Albury Wodonga Health Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) Service.

The Albury Wodonga Health PARC Service will provide short term intensive residential community based treatment to people aged 18 to 65 years with mental illness, and is expected to commence operation in the second half of 2013.
AWH is seeking written expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide subcontracted services to clients of the Albury Wodonga Health PARC. AWH Mental Health Services wish to work in an integrated partnership way with the successful service provider to deliver a holistic, biopsychosocial program. Providers must be able to demonstrate their achievements in delivering services to people with moderate to severe mental illness
To be considered, EOI’s are to be received at the Albury Wodonga Health Supply Tender Box located at 32 Merkel St, Thurgoona by 3:00pm on 31 August 2012 endorsed with MH12-01.
