Provision of Services Water Main Renewals

Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the Provision of Service Water Main Renewals throughout our region in Central and Northern Victoria. The Principal has identified a need to undertake a comprehensive water main renewal program as part of its ongoing maintenance program for management of the water supply system. These works will assist in managing the quality of water services delivered to customers. The water mains comprise a mixture of materials with the most prevalent being asbestos cement (AC), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ductile iron – concrete lined (DICL), steel, GRP and polyethylene (PE). While it is the older pipes that are considered most likely to fail some newer pipes may also require renewal.
