Legal Services Panel Refresh

In this Request for Tender, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) (Organisation) is seeking to renew its panel of insurance and claims-related legal service providers (Panel).
The Panel contract will accordingly be for an initial term of two (2) years with an option to extend for a further term of three (3) years.

As set out in the Tender documents, VMIA has categorised the required services into three broad groups (each a Service Category) and provides an estimate of the number of firms that may be appointed to the Panel for each Service Category and sub-category. These numbers are indicative only and VMIA reserves the right to appoint any number of firms in its absolute discretion to each Service Category or subcategory.
Category 1 General Insurance, Category 2 Medical Indemnity and Category 3 Domestic Building Insurance.

A Supplier Briefing Session will be held on Monday, March 18th, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

• Attendance is not mandatory.
• The purpose of the briefing session is to allow potential respondents to ask questions and clarify the Invitation Process and the project in general in an open forum.
• Potential respondents will be required to register their interest in attending the briefing, as only respondents who meet the base levels of experience will be eligible to tender.
