Provision of Specialist Advisory Service to undertake a Contemporary, Outcome based, Redesign and Recommissioning Services initially for Adult Rehabilitation and Reintegration Service Contracts

The Department of Justice (the Department) is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced specialist advisory service to advise and assist in the undertaking of a contemporary commissioning process and the statewide procurement of integrated prisoner rehabilitation programs and reintegration services. These services and programs are to be evidence and place based, culturally informed, gender sensitive, and outcomes focused.

It is intended that the specialist advisory service will provide the insights, expertise, and technical experience necessary to assist the Department to implement its obligations under the Western Australian State Commissioning Strategy and relevant Closing the Gap recommendations.
