Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Replacement of Rooftop Membrane and Associate Works at SM TAFE Carlisle Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of AC equipment, removal and replacement of the WP membrane, new handrails to open deck and chicken mesh to plant room roof opening.
