Panel of Providers for Audio Recording and/or Transcription Services

The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is the principal support agency for the operations of Parliament House. As well as its responsibility for the building, the department provides protective security services, Hansard and broadcasting services for the Parliament, and ICT, library and research services to membersof Parliament, parliamentary committees and other building occupants. The Broadcasting and Hansard sections of DPS record and transcribe parliamentary proceedings nationwide, and may require external organisations to supplement their capacity. DPS invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for appointment to a non-exclusive panel to provide such services if required. Successful tenderers are required to meet appropriate technical and professional standards, which are detailed in the tender documentation.
