Description
CSIRO requires a new Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) and Quarantine Containment Level 2 (QC2) Glasshouse in order to increase the life and research value of the facility.
The glasshouse is to be located adjacent to other existing glasshouses on a site cleared of existing structures and vegetation.
This project will replace an existing facility and provide a full PC2 Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) and QC2 capable facility that provides a new growing space within an optimal, efficient design.
The project will procure the facility through a Lump Sum Contract that requires the Contractor to undertake the detailed design of the Glasshouse in accordance with the performance based tender documentation.
