The Department of Housing will be refurbishing approximately 30 of its residential properties between 2009-2011. As the majority of these properties are currently tenanted, the Department of Housing intends to put in to place a panel of contractors to provide removalist and furniture storage services to enable the temporary relocation of its clients.
