Novo Rail Alliance Program - Financial Auditing Services - TPD-14-4074

The Contractor will provide financial auditing services in relation to the Novo Rail Program Alliance to support the ongoing management and governance of the alliance. The Alliance Financial Auditor (AFA) is required to undertake Key Results Area (KRA) Audits and Financial Completion audits following Practical Completion (PC) of individual projects/programs, and also at Final Completion (FC), i.e. following completion of a 12 month Defects Liability Period. The AFA also undertakes, on a quarterly basis, audits of Alliance Monthly claims including performing financial data analytics. The AFA is required to continue to provide financial auditing services to projects through PC and to FC.
