Currimundi State School Resource Centre and Administration Block Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment works of the Administration Block and extension to the Resource Building at Currimundi State School, located at 17 Buderim Street, Currimundi Qld 4551 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement programs.

Works consist of an extension to the Administration Block including internal reconfiguration, new reception joinery and infill/creating of a new GLA in the Resource Centre. External construction works can commence upon reward however internal works cannot commence until 17 December. All works are to be completed by 21 January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
