Provision of IT Training Services

The Learning and Development Team within QUT's Information Technology Services Department (ITS) currently coordinates the provision of IT training for all QUT staff (4,700 FTE) and postgraduate research students (4,200 EFTSL).
This RFO is designed to identify an external training supplier(s) that can provide:
• High quality and cost effective IT training services in:
o Desktop and Online Applications (e.g. Microsoft & Adobe)
o IT Technical (e.g. Microsoft, VMWare, CISCO, RedHat)
o Project Management (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)
o Service Excellence (e.g. ITIL, ITSM, Internal Consultancy, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Report Writing, DevOps)
o Business Development (e.g. Business Analysis - BABOK, LEAN Thinking, Business Acumen, Influencing Others, Change Management, Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Marketing IT’s Value, Personal Performance & Productivity, Business Communication)
• Courses/services in each of the categories as identified above, including the direct costs (e.g. trainer, courseware) and the duration of each course/service.
• IT training services which can be customised to the QUT work environment, and centrally administered/brokered by the Learning & Development Team in the Information Technology Services Department.
• IT training services which can be delivered on-site using existing training facilities at the Gardens Point, Kelvin Grove and Caboolture campuses of QUT.
