The Lead Design Consultant will be responsible for engaging and leading a multi-disciplinary team of subconsultants that should include but is not limited to the follow disciplines: § Architect / Interior Architect (Lead Consultant) § Accessibility Consultant § Building Code of Australia (BCA) Consultant § Structural Engineer § Electrical Engineer, including Audio Visual (AV) § Mechanical Engineer § Hydraulic Engineer § Lighting Consultant § Acoustic Consultant § Signage Consultant Council will engage the following consultants directly.
