Provision of Debt Recovery Services to the Townsville Hospital and Health Service

~~Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) is seeking to engage an entity/s for the purposes of debt recovery/collection of its aged accounts. The aged accounts are likely to be ‘Medicare ineligible’ and will be debts recorded in a number of electronic systems including HBCIS (in-patients), FAMMIS (out-patients) or PRACTIX (doctor accounts).

For debts defined as ‘Medicare ineligible’ the THHS reserves the right to establish a panel arrangement and allocate patient debt collection to panel members for the collection of such debts.
