Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction for the Amenities Upgrades at Belmont SS, Wynnum West SS & Manly West SS. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
