Building Future Schools Program - New primary school in Brisbane's Inner west - Project Management Services

The Department of Education is seeking expressions of interest from eligible Registrants in the Department of Energy and Public Works PQC System for Project Management Services for a new Primary School in Brisbane's Inner West.

Respondents must be pre-qualified with the Queensland Government, to at least ‘PQC Level 3’, and must maintain this prequalification status throughout the procurement process.

PQC Level 3 Consultants. Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide offer documents, consider or accept an expression of interest unless the Offeror is registered under the Queensland Government’s PQC system for that PQC level (or higher) and the categories for which the expression of interest is invited and current at the time and date at which Expressions of Interst were closed. The following categories required for this Expression of Interest are:
