Contracts Lifecycle Management System

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) invites Offers for a Contract Lifecycle Management solution as more specifically identified in the Brief to Respondents.

The solution sought will be required to satisfy the following objectives:

• Provide a platform to manage contract performance and risk from inception to closure through improved digital capabilities and process automation;

• Contribute and utilise a single source of truth through the provision of a central repository of contract information; and
• Create organisational consistency, apply common standards and controls, and provide a shared operational platform of tools and resources.

The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to allow QUT to receive and evaluate Offers from Respondents for the provision of the goods and services specified in the Brief to Respondents. This RFO may be conducted on an open or closed basis at QUT’s discretion.
