WMHC is a tailored, confidential, one-on-one coaching service between a qualified expert and leaders from eligible businesses (privately-owned NSW business less than 200 employees, and a not-for-profit entity of any size) to identify and address workplace mental health related issues and risks. Coaching is an opportunity to deepen leader skillset, confidence, and awareness to act. This service provides up to four flexible hours of coaching sessions tailored to each business and its needs, driving direct change in leader awareness and capability.
