The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation sought a sufficient number of suitably qualified and skilled suppliers to form a panel for the provision of stakeholder engagement services on an “as required” basis. The services may include but are not limited to: Development of stakeholder management and engagement plansReviews of stakeholder management and engagement activities and programsImplementation of programs to engage with stakeholders.Development and implementation of relationship management and stakeholder understanding programs.Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement workshops and forums (online and in person)Development of customer consultation services and community engagement programs In the delivery of the required Services, the Contractor must: Comply with the Customer’s stakeholder engagement and communications policies, procedures, style guide, and templatesEnsure all communications materials are delivered in an electronic format compatible with Microsoft Office 365 or as specified
