THE QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PUBLIC WORKS, QBUILD (THE PRINCIPAL) IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM ELIGIBLE PQC 2 CONTRACTORS TO SUBMIT AN OFFER TO TENDER ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1X4 BED DETACHED HOUSE AT LOT 120 MORNINGTON ISLAND AND 2X2 BED APARTMENTS ON LOT 121 MORNINGTON ISLAND, QLD

Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2, and must have an office located in either of the following regions: NQ, FNQ Or NORTH WEST
