Supply of JCU Branded Printed Materials, Promotional Items, Merchandise and Apparel

Offers are invited by James Cook University (JCU) in relation to the establishment of a preferred supplier panel under a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of a variety of JCU branded printed materials, promotional items, merchandise and apparel. The term of the standing offer will be 5 years with JCU at its sole discretion having the option to further extend the contract for 2 further periods each of 1 years duration.

JCU strives to engage an ethical, inclusive and sustainable supplier community that will ensure that our actions today do not limit the range of ethical, social, cultural, environmental and economic options open to us and future generations. This includes contributing to society in ways that enrich and transform lives.

Indigenous and Social Enterprises are encouraged to submit an offer for these products.

Respondents may submit offers for one or more of the following separate parts.

• General JCU branded stationery
• Outdoor signage
• Books
• Direct mailing
• Merchandise and
• Apparel

It is JCU’s intention to establish a panel of suppliers for each separate part.
