Description
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking Proposals for Specialised Human Resource services.
The QAS intends to appoint a panel of Suppliers under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) to deliver an extensive range of Recruitment Services on an ‘as required’ basis.
This panel will consist of suitable Suppliers with the capability to provide services across ten different categories including:
- Small-Scale Recruitment
- Large-Scale Recruitment
- Specialist Recruitment
- Assessment Centre Management
- Aptitude and Psychological Assessments
- Psychologist Network
- Online Assessment Tools
- Training and Development
- Investigative Services
- Mediation
