Victoria Point SHS Resource Centre Refurbishment Project

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction works to facilitate the full refurbishment of the existing Resource Centre at Victoria Point State High School located at 93 Benfer Rd, Victoria Point QLD 4165.

Works include the complete strip out of the existing building and construction of new staff spaces and flexible learning areas. Also included are minor modifications to external roofing structure and a complete external repaint.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
