Runcorn Heights State School - Block B & C Roof Replacements (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Block B & C Roof Replacements at Runcorn Heights SS, located at 200 Nemies Rd, Runcorn QLD 4113, as part of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) program.

Works are to be staged with Roof B Block starting first and Block C to follow, once Block B roof works are complete and handed over. Works to start in January 2025 and are to be completed by May 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
