Consultants are invited for the provision of a Preliminary Design for LUMS & ITS on the M1/M3 Pacific Motorway in the southbound direction from Mains Road to Rochedale Road. Tenderers are advised that tenders will be accepted only from suitably prequalified consultants approved with TMR to BD3 and GE1 or higher. Tenders close at 17:00 on Monday 26 May 2014
