The AHO is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience to design and construct a two (2) dwellings, each dwelling will have four (4) bedrooms, a full main bathroom, ensuite on master, powder room, private open space, double car garage and associated site works to meet the Livable Housing Australia (LHA) silver level housing standard at 34 Aplin Road, Bonnyrigg Heights NSW 2177 with completion within 48 weeks from the Date of Award.
