Transport Infrastructure Contract (TIC-CO) for Southport Burleigh Road Corridor Upgrade between North Street at Southport and Vespa Crescent at Bundall - Prequalification R4, B3, F50

Prequalified contractors at levels R4 B3 F50 and above are invited to tender for the construction works associated with the upgrade of Southport-Burleigh Road (SBR) to 6 lanes and the upgrade of Southport-Nerang Road between SBR and Garden Street at Southport to 4 lanes. Construction works include PUP relocations, Bridge widening and new footpath Bridge, retaining walls, pavement widening, pavement resurfacing, drainage upgrades, road lighting, ITS, traffic signals, shared paths and construction of driveways. Tenderers are advised that documents are only available to suitably prequalified contractors.

Please note that the Building Code 2013, Queensland Code, Queensland Guidelines apply to this project.
