STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PANEL OF AUTHORISED PROSTHETIC SERVICE PROVIDERS TO THE QUEENSLAND ARTIFICAL LIMB SERVICE

Offers are invited for entering into a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Establishment of a Panel of Authorised Prosthetic Service Providers to the Queensland Artificial Limb Service in accordance with the Conditions of this Request for Offer.

The Standing Offer Arrangement will be for the provision of suitable prosthetic products and services funded through Queensland Health’s ‘artificial limb scheme’.

The Queensland Artificial Limb Service (QALS), Queensland Health is responsible for the management of the ‘artificial limb scheme’ and delivery of prosthetic services via an efficient state-wide approach.

Suppliers may be required to travel to a number of locations across the State in the course of their service delivery and interact with co-existing health services of the Beneficiary.

In order to encourage optimum quality and choice of services for the Beneficiaries, Queensland Health is inviting proposals from suitably qualified suppliers of prosthetic goods and services. The services to be provided are the prosthetic assessment, design, manufacture, repair and maintenance of prostheses and supply of consumables items to support prosthetic use.
