The building works will comprise, but is not limited to the following:
Demolition and refurbishment of internal Ground Floor spaces
Upgrade to external areas on the Ground Floor
Addition of facade access system
Facade remediation works in accordance with the specification.

Release to Market 03 May 2011
Briefing/ Site Inspection 06 May 2011
Cut-off for acceptance of information/clarification questions: 20 May 2011
Closure of Invitation 30 May 2011
Commence evaluation 31May 2011
Post-offer negotiations 14 June 2011
Award Contract 27 June 2011
Completion Date 14 Dec 2011
WCQ reserves the right to alter dates throughout the process as the need arises.
