Maintenance Planning & Works Management Training

The PTA is seeking a qualified training vendor to design, develop, and deliver training packages and online learning content focused on Work Management and Maintenance Planning practices. The scope of this engagement covers: Development of two (2) tailored training packages for delivery to PTA, targeting the uplift of knowledge, skills, and competencies of staff in Work Management and Maintenance Planning.Alignment of all training content with PTA’s Work Management Procedure, ensuring consistent application across N&I.In-person delivery of packages 1 and 2, including all training material. Development of a third package comprising role-specific induction content for direct integration into PTA's online learning management system (Skills Central). This package must ensure mandatory training delivery for relevant roles and include all content material (text, diagrams, and supporting material) in editable format (e.g. MS Word) suitable for e-learning conversion.
