This contract engages a service provider to deliver land valuation services for the Riverina & Murray Contract Area under the NSW Rating and Taxing Program. Services include annual and supplementary valuation recommendations, market analysis, land value verification, sales coding, & support for valuation enquiries and appeals. These services ensure accurate and consistent land values for council rates and state land tax. The Contractor must meet defined performance, reporting and quality assurance requirements throughout the contract term, in line with legislation and Valuer General standards.
