Description
Project Change Management Services to ODPP for Head Office move. Execute change strategy in accordance with the plan. Engage closely with move project team to ensure the change elements of the project masterplan are delivered in accordance with the overall move project plan. Build and deliver project Comms strategy and design project change communications. Understand ODPP move sensitivities and modify change plan as appropriate when required to contribute to a smooth, informed and well-run office relocation experience.
