The provision of the following Employee Assistance Program (EAP) core services:

- Professional short-term counselling;

- Critical incident and trauma;

- Incident debriefs;

- Manager and HR Assistance;

- Mediation and conflict resolution;

- Specialist helplines; and

- Emergency Counselling.

The following Additional Services are also offered when the core services have been engaged:

- Career Transition and Restructuring;

- Health and holistic wellbeing;

- Training and organisational services;

- Pre-deployment assessments and support;

- Post deployment assessments and support;

- Psychological wellness checks;

- Psychological first aid training;

- Leadership and executive coaching sessions;

- Embedded onsite clinical psychologist;

- Onsite support;

- Legal witness support; and

- Round table discussions for teams exposed to traumatic materials.
