Description
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is seeking proposals for User Experience (UX), research aggregation and technical development support activities underpinning the establishment of a new corporate Intranet system. This engagement will upgrade the current, large-scale platform to a contemporary Content Management System (CMS). SharePoint Online is currently being considered as a potential candidate for the new CMS, though the final platform is yet to be determined, and may consist of a hybrid suite of technologies. The initiative will culminate in the delivery of multiple functional web pages that meet DFES user requirements whilst also adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. These standards ensure inclusivity and compliance with mandatory government regulations.
