Description
Lotterywest is implementing a new central gaming system as part of the Gaming System Replacement (GSR) project. This includes system replacement, data migration, retailer hardware deployment, and integration with existing services. Test Services are required to support Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) including re-verification of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), data migration testing, transition testing, testing of retailer hardware (terminals and peripherals), and all related functions such as defect management and reporting. A single vendor is required to provide a team of one (1) Test Manager and four (4) Testers, embedded within the Solution Assurance function
