Description of the goods and services to be provided
The Works include, but are not limited to,the following: Site establishment, fencing, signage, and access controls.Preparation and implementation of demolition methodologies and Safe Work Method Statements.Compliance with the Remedial Action Plan, asbestos requirements, and Hazardous Building Materials Surveys - Controlled demolition of all nominated structures.Removal, handling, transport, and lawful disposal of demolition waste and hazardous materials generated by demolition activities.Implementation of dust, noise, vibration, and environmental control measures - Protection of existing services, assets, and adjoining areas.Making good the site upon completion of demolition, including removal of debris and leaving the site in a safe and stable condition.
