Beaudesert State School - Ambulant Change Facility (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ambulant Change Facility at Beaudesert State School, located at 17 Tina Street, Beaudesert, QLD, 4285, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The scope comprises converting 4 no. existing toilets to an Ambulant Change Facilty through reconfiguration of the internal walls, new hydraulics, electrical, concrete works, new fixtures and fittings. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
