Supply and Replace Air-conditioners, Gympie Hospital and Noosa Community Health Centre

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) Building Engineering and Maintenance (BEMS) has identified a number of end-of-life Air-Conditioning Units for replacement at both the Gympie Hospital and Noosa Community Health Centre.
The works will include the design, supply and installation of any supports, frames, duct work, services and controls required for the complete installation and proper operation of the new air conditioners and the overall operation of each facilities air-conditioning system.
Offers are required to provide planned preventative maintenance of the new units through the twelve (12) months defects liability period (DLP) and take responsibility for defects from faulty workmanship, plant or materials for the duration of the maintenance period.
The scope of works has been divided into three separable portions. Offerors may submit offers for one or more separable portions of this work. The SCHHS, at its own discretion, may award all separable portions of these works to one supplier or individual separable portions to individual suppliers.
