Provision of cleaning services for Sunshine Coast Courthouses

The Queensland Government is calling for proposals from suitably qualified Supplier/s for the provision of cleaning services at Caboolture, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour and Landsborough court houses within DJAG’s Sunshine Coast and Western Queensland region.
The Supplier/s will be required to provide:
• routine scheduled cleaning services
• day-cleaning services at Maroochydore court house only
• periodic scheduled cleaning services (e.g. annual carpet treatment, exterior window cleaning)
• unscheduled or emergent ad hoc cleaning tasks in response to incidents or accidents at the Customer’s premises
• cleaning and/or dusting of desks and computers in judicial chambers
• all cleaning equipment, products and chemicals
• toiletry consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, paper hand towels, bin liners, dishwashing liquid
